Why today's generation seems restless and depressed though having all the modern amenities

There are many factors that can contribute to feelings of restlessness in today's generation. 



One reason may be the constant access to technology and social media, which can make it difficult for people to disconnect and relax. Additionally, societal pressures and expectations to be constantly productive and achieve success can also contribute to feelings of restlessness. 

Environmental factors such as stress and lack of access to nature can also play a role. Mental health issues such as anxiety and depression can also contribute to feelings of restlessness.
